An enriching ASPIRE Session was conducted today at Sagar Public School, Katara Extension for the students of Classes VII & VIII, by Retired Surgeon Commander Dr. Hariom Gupta. The session focused on the vital role of nutrition and physical fitness in enhancing students’ academic performance and overall well-being.
