Closing Ceremony of Sports Summer Camp 2026
The Sports Summer Camp 2026 concluded on a high note after an action-packed month from 1st May to 30th May. With the enthusiastic participation of campers, the campus came alive every morning with determination, discipline, and the joy of learning.\r\nStudents trained under the expert guidance of dedicated coaches in Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Judo, Skating, Swimming, and Tennis. Beyond developing sporting skills, the camp provided a platform for children to build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship while making the most of their summer break.\r\nThe Closing Ceremony celebrated the commitment and achievements of every participant through certificate distribution and group photographs, marking the successful culmination of a memorable journey.\r\nWe extend our heartfelt appreciation to our coaches, staff members, and parents for their unwavering support and encouragement. Most importantly, we congratulate our young athletes for their enthusiasm, perseverance, and passion throughout the camp.\r\nAs one chapter closes, we look forward to welcoming our campers back with even greater energy and enthusiasm at the next Sports Summer Camp!

Sagar Public School, Katara Extension, proudly marked its presence at the Peace Poster Making Competition organized by the Lions Club BHEL, Bhopal. Graduation Ceremony for the students of KG II
What a wonderful and heartwarming day it was at the Graduation Ceremony for the students of Class KG II!\r\n\r\nThe event began with a graceful Ganesh Vandana, setting a joyful tone for the celebration. Our little stars presented a delightful skit titled “Little Footprints, Lifelong Values!”, where they prepared a Golden Memory Book showcasing their memories, learnings, and values from the session.\r\n\r\nAdding to the celebration, Class I students welcomed the graduates with a cheerful song, while KG I students performed a lovely goodbye dance wishing them success in their next learning journey.\r\n\r\nThe school was honoured to have our Director, Madam Jaishree Kanwar as the Chief Guest, whose inspiring words encouraged the young graduates. Our respected Principal, Ms Prachi Varma also addressed the gathering and motivated the children to keep learning with curiosity.

Celestial award ceremony held at @SPSKE
The Second Round of the Celestial Awards was held to honour students from Classes I–XII, with a special focus on nurturing and appreciating positive traits among young learners. The ceremony aimed at motivating students by acknowledging qualities that go beyond academics and contribute to holistic development. Awards were conferred under four distinct categories—Best Turnout, Most Regular, The Enthusiast, and Best Communicator. These categories recognised students for their neat appearance and disciplined conduct, consistent attendance, active participation and eagerness to learn, as well as confidence and clarity in communication. By celebrating such virtues, the Celestial Awards inspired students to continuously work towards excellence in every sphere of their school journey.

Sagar Group of Institutions Silver Jubilee Celebrations by Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chief Minister, MP
Sagar Group recently celebrated a momentous double milestone the Silver Jubilee (25 Years of Excellence) of the Sagar Group of Institutions and the Foundation Ceremony of the new Sagar Public School, Misrod (International Curriculum). The occasion was graced by the Honourable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, who attended as the Chief Guest, along with Shri Rameshwar Sharma, MLA from the Huzur Assembly Constituency. The proceedings commenced with a soulful garland offering to Maa Saraswati, followed by a project exhibition that showcased the technical innovation and creative talent of students from SISTec and SPS. Adding to the spirit of the day, SPS students presented a stirring dance performance to Vande Mataram, filling the venue with patriotic fervour. A special AV presentation was then screened, taking the audience through the 25-year journey of the institution — from its inception to its emergence as a leader in education. In his welcome address, Founder and Chairman Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal emphasised the group’s mission to nurture globally competent citizens while keeping them rooted in Indian values. With a dedicated workforce of over 10,000 and a student community exceeding 25,000, the Sagar Group remains committed to building a stronger tomorrow for India. A key highlight of the event was the felicitation ceremony, where Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav honoured staff members for their outstanding and long-term service to the group and the meritorious students of class X and XII Board Examination 2025. This was followed by the formal foundation ceremony for the upcoming SPS Misrod (International Curriculum), marking a significant step towards expanding into global education standards. In his address, Dr. Mohan Yadav applauded the students for their remarkable academic achievements and excellent board results. He also appreciated Shri Sudhir Agrawal’s visionary initiative in establishing the school in 2001, acknowledging the Sagar Group’s continued contribution to education and livelihood generation. As a gesture of gratitude, the dignitaries were presented with special mementoes handcrafted by students. The event concluded with a melodious Ram Dhun by Sagar Agrawal, followed by the Vote of Thanks, which expressed appreciation to the dignitaries, students, and the entire Sagar family for their unwavering support over the past two and a half decades.

The students of Class IX, Sagar Public School, Katara Extension, visited the Dainik Bhaskar Printing Plant to gain practical exposure to print media. During the visit, plant officials explained the complete newspaper production process, from news collection and editing to printing and distribution. Students observed high-speed printing machines and learned about the roles of various departments involved in publishing a newspaper. The visit was interactive and informative, enhancing their understanding of journalism, technology, and teamwork. SPS Katara Extension has organised an Educational Trip for the Sagarites of Class XI @Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd.
“Seeing ideas turn into action is the first step towards innovation” Educational Visit of SPS Students to SMPL, Bhopal. On 27th December 2025 students of class XI from Sagar Public School Katara Extension embarked on an enriching educational visit to Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. (SMPL), located in Bhopal. The visit was aimed at providing students with real-world insights into industrial processes and the workings of a major manufacturing unit. During the visit students observed the complete production workflow, from raw cotton processing to spinning and final yarn production. They saw how modern machines and automated systems are used in various stages of manufacturing. This industrial visit helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The SMPL team also explained the whole process to the students due to which many students expressed that seeing how products are made in real time gave them a deeper appreciation for industrial work and encouraged them to think about future careers in manufacturing and engineering. Overall, the visit was informative, interactive, and highly motivating. It underscored the importance of practical exposure as part of holistic education.

It was a privilege to host Colonel Rohit Mukherjee, from the 10th Battalion, Brigade of the Guards (Mechanized Infantry), for an insightful and interactive Career Counselling Session on Defence Services. Drawing from his rich experience, Colonel Mukherjee guided students through the pathways into the Armed Forces, highlighting the values of discipline, leadership, resilience, and service to the nation. The interactive nature of the session encouraged thoughtful questions and meaningful dialogue, leaving students inspired and better informed.\r\nThe session motivated young minds to look beyond conventional careers and aspire towards a life of purpose, courage, and honour.
