National Sports Day was celebrated @SPSKE

Sagar Public School Katara Extension celebrated National Sports Day with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Babita Tomar as the Chief Guest. Ms Tomar is an International Judo player, Commonwealth Medalist, recipient of the prestigious Vikram Award, and presently serving as the District Sports Officer in Bhopal. Her presence not only inspired the students but also motivated them to pursue excellence in both sports and performing arts with equal zeal. On this occasion, achievers of CBSE and SGFI Sports Competitions were felicitated for their outstanding performances and dedication. Along with sports achievers, students who excelled in the field of performing arts were also honored with cash prizes for their remarkable achievements in Kala Utsav and Bal Rang. The event continued with the display of various asanas of our Yoga students, followed by Judo and Zumba showcasing a variety of sports performances that highlighted the spirit of fitness, teamwork, and discipline among students. The celebration truly embodied the essence of National Sports Day — nurturing talent, honoring achievements, and encouraging young minds to shine in every field.\r\nLet's have a look at the glimpses from the event!
