Sagar Public School, Katara Extension, proudly hosted the Inter-School Maths Marathon on 23rd August 2025, celebrating analytical thinking and problem-solving excellence. The event commenced with a graceful Lamp Lighting Ceremony, attended by the esteemed Chief Guest Dr. Sandeep Diwakar (associated with the Azim Premji Foundation since 2012), our respected Dean Dr. Madhubala Ma’am, and Principal Prachi Verma Ma’am. A total of 21 enthusiastic teams showcased their brilliance, tackling challenging problems involving numbers (√, π, ∑, ∆) and logical reasoning. After several thrilling rounds, Sagar Public School, Katara Extension clinched the Winner’s Trophy along with a cheque of ₹12,000. The Runner-Up position was bagged by Jawaharlal Nehru School, whose team was awarded the Runner-Up Trophy and a cheque of ₹9,000. This event was not just a competition; it was a celebration of the joy of numbers, the spirit of healthy competition, and the drive for intellectual growth among young learners.
