Me and My Family

Family engagement plays a vital role in a child's overall growth. Recognizing the role of parents and the wider family in shaping child's life experiences, SPSKE organized Me and My Family event for classes Nursery to ll on November 5, 2022. The event featured some funfilled competitions providing children and their guardians a platform to demonstrate their talent and apply their skills. Various recreational activities were a major part of the event and developed life skills while having a great time.It was indeed rewarding to witness parents and children participating with much enthusiasm and vigour. The day came alive with some rejoicing moments wherein children with their family members clicked selfies and captured their best moments.The event concluded with the prize distribution and thanksgiving ceremony.

Dussehra Celebration

"When you witness the burning effigy of Ravana, remember that all your worries and anxieties will burn with it and pave the way for happiness and excitement in your life and those around you." With ardour and fervour Sagarities celebrated the triumph of Lord Ram over Evil. The event commenced with focusing on the significance of Dussehra festival . Celebration potrayed various pageant of Ram's exile, Sita's abduction and finally Ram's victory over evil Ravana. This epic spiritual celebration filled the quadrangle with cheers and applauds. It was concluded with an idea " There is no denying that there is evil in this world but the light will always conquer the darkness."

Grand Parents Day, 17 Sep 22

On September 17, 2022, the blooming buds of classes Nursery to KG-II at Sagar Public School, Katara Extension, celebrated Grandparents Day with lots of joy and frolic to honour their grandparents. The celebration began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by many electrifying performances by the adorable children. The tiny dancers, who were decked up in vibrant costumes, thrilled the audience with their dance performance. The grandparents relived their childhood with the grandchildren through a scintillating mime titled "Yaadon ke Jharokhon se." The cherry on top was the special role-play by the tiny Sagarites, portrayed as their grandparents. The success of the extravaganza was evident through the joyful smiles of the overwhelmed grandparents. Our director, Shri K. K Dubey Sir, praised the school's efforts in organising the magnificent event and reiterated the significance of values and the abundant love and support that grandparents offer. The principal, Ms Prachi Varma, addressed the audience and thanked the grandparents for their role in upholding our tradition. Ms Arpita Karmalkar, the headmistress, proposed the Vote of Thanks. Indeed, the little Sagarites exhibited a divine garden with their magnificent performances.
